Orders placed by 3:00 pm eastern usually ship the same day. We ship from our stock in our warehouse. Competition advertises they ship from stock, but in reality, you may place an order with a company in Mishawaka, Indiana. But the stock they ship from is in Memphis, Tennessee and it may take days to process and transmit the order. We know it’s summer and when you order a top you want it right away. We generally won’t send you an acknowledgement. We’ll send you the shipping details and tracking number usually towards the end on the same day as you order.
